Le Tre Onde
Le Tre Onde is a newly renovated and furnished penthouse on the Roman waterfront and has a perfect position to fit any needs. The villa is situated right in front of the sea in the historic center of Ostia, allowing our guests to have a relaxing stay at the doorstep of Rome. The penthouse is 140 meters squared and can host up to 7 people since it has three large bedrooms and a pull-out sofa in the living room. The penthouse is very well lit and comes with access to a large private terrace that faces the sea, perfect for sunset dinners. The beaches in front of the villa are very well equipped to suit any types of needs. In the apartment there are all conforts, Tv, Wifi free and washing machine.
Territory
Ostia, Rome’s neighborhood on the coastline, is a perfect compromise of nature, relaxation, and the hustle and bustle of the city. The neighborhood is almost like a small village detached
from the main city. Everything is in walking distance, from quality restaurants to supermarkets.
During the summer months Ostia also has a vivacious nightlife, which attracts people from all around the region. The villa is only a 5-minute walk to the train station Lido Centro, which can
take you to the heart of Rome in only 20 minutes
Central Position
With the train station nearby one can reach the renown archeological site of Ostia Antica with only two stops and all the other sites Rome has to offer in only 20-30 minutes. Even closer to the villa is the nature reserve of Castel Fusano, where one can find many activities like horseback riding, and Pliny’s villa. Only 20 minutes away is a fully equipped diving center in the protected marine nature reserve Secche di Tor Paterno.

Historic center of Roma: from railway station is possible take the Ostia Lido Lines and arrive in 20 minutes in Roma (stop Basilica di San Paolo)
In more beach resort is possible practise activities as surf, windsurf and kaite. In a few minutes there is a green area for sub and passionates of peach
Pineta of castel Fusano is a big park of 1.000 hectares and today is green lung of Roma. Inside there is many stables with more activities
From Ostia lido railway you can arrive in a few minutes in Ancient Ostia and visit the archeological site largest in the world

Prices and Rates
Booking Methods
The cost of the apartment is calculated until 4 people. If you want to add an other people the cost is 25 for person. The total price of the apartment include laundry, wifi, Tv and washing machine.
Upon reservation we ask for 30% of the total stay, while the rest of the payment will be made upon check-in. If you are paying with cash we ask for 200 Euro deposit that will be returned upon check out if there are no damages to the apartment.
A tax of 3,50 Euro per day per person is not included in the price and must be paid upon check-in. The tax does not apply for children under 10.
Additional Services
For long stays there is the possibility to hire a maid service, for the total cost of 25 Euro a week. We also offer groceries to your front door if given enough warning. Prices vary depending on items purchased.
